Should I try and
treat my Pest Problem myself?
9 times out of 10 people who attempt to treat
a problem themselves just make things worse and
end up making life more difficult for the
professionals. Some people even put
themselves at extraordinary risk in trying to
save them cost of a professional help.
I have a Company
and would like to know more about what
legislation I need to adhere to?

adhere to with regards to Pest Control.
Are your vehicles
discreet?
Yes we don't come with Pest Control written down
the sides of the Van in large letters, we have
Environmental Services and our KIX logo.
What if you don't get rid
of the Pests first time, will we have to pay
again?
No. We do not charge for revisits on
current jobs, we will return until the job is
finished.
How long will I have to
wait for the technician to come out from when I
book the service?
We aim to get all clients visited as soon as is
reasonably practicable, dependant on seasonal
changes we aim to see all clients within 48
hours of the original call, 90% will be visited
within 24 hours.
I have found an odd
looking dead insect and don't know what it is,
can you help?
Yes we can. Just put the insect in a small
plastic box where it won't be crushed and send
it to us and we will identify it for you and
advise you accordingly. Please don't send
us live insects!! Visit
