will be susceptible to fleas the good news is
that they are treatable and you don't have to
put up with them. Fleas feed on the blood
of particular animals depending on their own
breed and genetic make up, Rat fleas feed on Rat
blood and Cat fleas on Cat blood, there are
Human Fleas but they are in very low numbers

Fleas can
lay dormant in a property for long periods of
time and are sensitive to their environment, on
sensing human entrance to the house they will
immediately look to feed, and you will be the
main course. Property developers can be
particularly susceptible to the bites of fleas
as they work in properties which have been left
vacant for long periods of time.
Historically people blame the spread of the
Bubonic Plague in London on the Rats when
technically it wasn't them, it was the Rat Fleas
that inhabited them, which spread the deadly
disease.
